Image / film recordings at events

During our events, images/film recordings are made by us or on our behalf. This processing of personal data is based on a legitimate interest (pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). Photography serves the purposes of documenting the event, reporting, advertising subsequent events and public relations work - this may specifically include, for example, publication on a homepage, in social networks, microblogging services or in press releases. Recipient

The above-mentioned recordings are made available to the public (media, online publications, etc.) as part of our public relations and marketing activities and are also made available internally to employees. We may use selected service providers for this purpose. We would like to publish photos on social networks, among others. With a few exceptions, these have their server locations in the USA. There is no adequacy decision for the USA. However, all social networks known to us are certified in accordance with the EU-US Privacy Shield. Right to object

As we take the photos on the basis of a legitimate interest, you have the right to object (pursuant to Art. 21 (1) GDPR). If there are reasons arising from your particular situation that speak against the described use of your image, you can object to this on these grounds. In this case, please write to us with these reasons. We will examine them. If necessary, we will also check whether there are compelling reasons that conflict with your right to object. If we comply with your right to object, we will make you unrecognizable in images that allow your person to be identified, remove you or delete the images completely.

Procedure

The information and documents you submit will be checked by DIZ | Digital Innovation Center staff to verify your expertise. Your expert profile will then be made publicly visible in the expert pool at https://www.diz-bw.de/angebote/expertenwissen/expertenpool.

Publication

If provided by you, the following information and documents will be publicly visible: Salutation, title, first name, surname, company, keywords for expertise, industry experience, picture and self-description.

If provided by you, the following information and documents are for internal use only: short CV and any online profiles you have provided, as well as your reference projects. This information and documents will not be publicly visible.

 

Consent

I agree that the information I have provided and the documents I have uploaded will be stored by DIZ and will not be passed on to third parties.
I agree that the information and documents provided by me as mentioned above may either be used internally to verify my expertise or made publicly visible.

The DIZ | Digital Innovation Center would like to give inquiring companies a quality promise regarding the registered experts.For this reason, the DIZ reserves the right to obtain assessments of the experts in the future. This can be done, for example, after the successful placement of an expert in direct dialog with the requesting company.

Evaluations obtained are not made publicly visible and are only used for internal quality assurance.
